Reflection, the commodity more precious than money: time

Reflection, the commodity more precious than money: time

The exalted pace of life that most of you lead makes time seem to pass faster and faster without paying attention to the day to day, the present, the moment, here and now.

We leave things for when we think we will have more time and that moment almost never comes, the children grow up, you don’t enjoy them and every day that passes without seeing them, at most a few hours a day, time passes and it will never come back. We are turning years old, and…
No matter where you come from, where you are from or what you do for a living, how beautiful you are, how well you take care of yourself, the probability of dying is definite, for the moment. Is a reality. I know it sounds very extreme but that’s how it is.
Life is precious and in most cases we do not enjoy it as much as we should. The average person lives to be about 75 years or less. That’s about 27,000 days or 1,800,000 minutes. The timer starts when we are born and stops when we take our last breath of life.

Everyone dies, but few people really “know how to live.” When I talk about living, I mean living a life with a purpose, I mean living a life where you are fulfilling your calling, if you have one, I mean living a life where you fulfill your material achievements or not, I mean live a life enjoying the company of the people you appreciate and live under your own terms, conditions, and managing your time in what you believe is well spent, without negatively affecting and respecting others, I mean that you are the owner of his own life.

In most cases, people do not have that precious luxury “time”, either because they have not known how to achieve it or because they have not stopped to think about it and try to redirect their lives to achieve that purpose, time. Most people live desperate to survive, most people accept that most of their dreams will never come true and that their life is like that, like most people’s lives, they lose the excitement of continuing. , they live outside of happiness and satisfaction.
What every adult should try to do is be in control of her time. Because at this stage of life is where you can have time, but not before without tilling and sowing and knowing when to stop, to do what you want, when you want and how you want to do it. Remember……he who sows without tilling, will not reap.

Someone once said that “a creative adult, with dreams and time to fulfill them, is a child who has managed to survive.” How soon we forget the excitement of when we were little, the inner strength and the desire to live.

That resignation is defined as the fear of leaving our comfort zone. But the reality is that you cannot change what you did in the past, nor control to a certain extent what will happen in your future, if you have not first put in place the appropriate means to change it.

The reality is that only you can control what you do in this exact moment. The time is in your hands and in your mind to achieve it.
